GMO salmon Free movie, presentation and more in North Park San Diego

The FDA is currently considering approval of Genetically Modified Salmon for release into the open market. The period for public comment closes April 26th. The time to get involved is now!

This is an educational event appropriate for all ages!

This FREE event will include:
-A viewing of the short film "Monster Salmon"
-A presentation by Alisha Utter, Marine Science student at UCSD
-An open discussion: Q&A, What can we do?, the future of the no-GMO campaign
-Free literature about GMOs to share with friends and family
-Free organic, GMO-free Popcorn!

When: Friday, April 19th 6:30-8:00 pm
Where: Casa de Luz in North Park, 2920 University Avenue

We will start promptly at 6:30 so if you plan on getting food downstairs in the restaurant, please come early!
